I purchased the Gyrocopters PRO 6.0 All-Terrain Hoverboard in Sept. 2020. The item was a Christmas gift for my 8 yr old. She has used it inside and outside and it has worked great. My 11 yr old son and 5 yr old daughter both use it also. It has held up well. I was worried about safety, but so far it has been fine. Even my 5 yr old got accustomed to it within 1 hr. The bluetooth speaker is very neat and the sound on it is good. The lights make it easier to see at night, but mainly it looks really cool. If I had to choose again, I would make the same purchase.

I bought the scooter at Walmart, all the pieces for the accelerator were not fixable ( slack). I called for a return... Prepare your shipment for return: 1. Include any documentation which were part of original package. 2. Ensure your parcel is securely packed, wrapped and reinforced. We require 4 business days to analyze the product upon receiving it in our warehouse. Once your returned product is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If return is approved, then we will refund you the original method of payment. THEY DON’T GUARANTEE THE QUALITY BASICALLY

I bought a electric scooter form Gyrocopters in 2018. It worked for 2 years and then i was looking for some support to fix my electric scooter. I called them and they asked me to bring the scooter for service. I was charger 25 fee for looking at it and that was it. To my surprise they fixed the scooter and called me after 4 days to pick it up. This was a very pleasant experience. I ended up buying another scooter for my wife. Thanks

Great source for PPE equipment. I initially ordered 30 KN-95 masks and 500 disposable face masks. Then after hearing horror stories of friends buying poor quality face masks (knockoffs that tear like tissue) off the internet, I got concerned about the quality of these masks. So I emailed whether I can change my order of 500 to 100. No problem, they amended my order. Which is the signs of a reputable, credible company. I just got my masks today, and the quality is good. So I'll be ordering more now.
